Branding
Temway’s branding settings let you define your visual identity once and apply it across every email in a workspace. When you update your brand colors or fonts, all emails that inherit those settings update automatically.
What you can configure
Branding is scoped to a workspace. From your workspace settings, you can set:
- Brand colors — Primary and accent colors used by buttons, links, and other themed elements across your emails.
- Fonts — Heading and body font families, plus default sizes and weights. Temway supports custom fonts so you can match your product’s typography.
- Logo — Upload your logo to reuse it across email headers and footers.
- Default styling — Set defaults for spacing, link color, and button styles so new emails start on-brand.
How inheritance works
When you add a new email or template, it inherits the current branding settings from its workspace:
- Blocks that use brand colors (such as buttons and links) pick up your primary color automatically.
- Text blocks inherit your default font family and size unless you override them on a specific block.
- You can always override branding on a per-block basis when an email needs a one-off style.
Because branding lives at the workspace level, rebranding is a single change rather than editing every email by hand.
Working with multiple workspaces
Each workspace has its own branding. This is useful when you manage emails for multiple brands or clients — each workspace keeps a distinct visual identity, and emails never leak branding from one workspace into another.
Tips
- Set up branding before building your first email so blocks inherit the right defaults from the start.
- Use your brand’s primary color for buttons and links to keep calls-to-action consistent.
- If a specific campaign needs a different look, override at the block level rather than changing workspace branding.
Next steps
- Learn about the email blocks that respond to your branding.
- Invite team members so everyone builds on the same brand settings.
